1. The South Hampshire Rapid Transit (Procurement) Joint Panel met on
13 December 2000. It considered terms of reference and the implications for other panels and its recommendations are set out in the Appendices 1, 2 and 3.
RECOMMENDATIONS
2. That the terms of reference set out in Appendices 1 and 2 be approved together
with consequential actions described in Appendix 3.
