1. Summary
1.1 The following decision is sought:
That approval be given to award the county-wide term maintenance contract 2002-2007 (extendable to 2010) to Raynesway Construction Southern Limited to commence on 1 May 2002.
2. Reason
2.1 To replace the many existing term contracts in place around the county which terminate on 30 April 2002.
