1.1 The following decision is sought:

2.1 To enable the Project Integra Annual Business Plan for 2002/03 to be adopted by the Project Integra Board and, in turn, to enable the vision and long-term strategy to be progressed.

2.2 The Environment Policy Review Committee considered the report on 17 April 2002 and commented that the plan and recommendations be supported. A number of detailed comments were made, particularly in encouraging greater levels of recycling and a specific focus on waste minimisation. The report is attached as an appendix.
