To consider the joint report of the County Surveyor and the Director of Planning and Transportation, Fareham Borough Council concerning the progress made on the 2002/03 minor works schemes and the prioritisation of the rolling programme of minor works schemes for 2003/04.
8. HOME ZONE PROJECT - PORTCHESTER (Report herewith)
To consider the report of the County Surveyor concerning the progress made with the Home Zone Challenge Initiative project for Myrtle Avenue, Castle Grove and Sunningdale Road, Portchester.

To consider the joint report of the County Surveyor and the Director of Planning and Transportation, Fareham Borough Council covering programmes for the Traffic Management and Traffic Regulation Order; the Low Cost Casualty Reduction 2002/03; the Bridge Works 2002/03; and the Intelligent Transport Systems 2002/03. In addition the report updates Members on the Regeneration of Older Urban Areas programme, the Hook Park Road adoption, Warsash and the South East Hampshire Transport Strategy Scheme report.
10. DATE, TIME AND VENUE FOR NEXT MEETING OF THE PANEL
The next meeting of the Panel will be held on Thursday, 13 March 2003 at 10.00 a.m., the Civic Offices, Fareham Borough Council.
County Councillors attending as appointed members of this panel or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
