A contribution of £380,000, excluding fees, will come from the Policy and Resources Committee's 2003/04 NDS Condition budget towards the external re-cladding of the existing SCOLA school building.

Value of Land already acquired for this Project

The land forming the site of the development is an integral part of the school campus and is incapable of disposal in isolation. The land was acquired at historic cost and its current value to the County Council is as part of the ground of the establishment.

Building Cost - Net Cost = £1,301 per m2 (excluding abnormals)

- Gross Cost = £1,627 per m2 (excluding abnormals)
