To provide Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service with a policy for evaluating future grey book posts.

Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service and its employees have a clear, consistent and open process that places its people within a role and associated pay scale.

As in 3.

All employees need to have access to procedure and policy documentation.
