To consider the report of the Chief Officer on the development of a new methodology for undertaking annual pay reviews of Principal Officer Grades.

To consider the report of the Chief Officer on the HR & Training Medium Term Plan.
11. RECRUITMENT PROCESSES REVIEW
To consider the report of the Chief Officer updating Members on the review of recruitment processes.
12. CODE OF PRACTICE ON CONTRACTS - WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM
To consider the report of the Chief Officer bringing to Members' attention a particular aspect of the Code of Practice on Contracts that specifically relates to the Human Resources Directorate.
