School behaviour policy
Working with parents
Managing behaviour in school is more likely to be effective if schools can work with parents as genuine partners in the education process. Parents need to be assured that the school's way of managing behaviour is well thought out, fair and effective. It is important to have clear procedures for contact between parents and school staff.
