Enhanced Vacancy Service
To aid online recruitment we now offer an enhanced vacancy service. In our quest to improve this service for both employers and job seekers we have provided the following information for your guidance.The enhanced service costs £82.00 per position/advert. Each advert can be active within 48 hours of submission or the Schools' Recruitment & Development Team can agree a completion time. As much notice as possible is appreciated.
Schools have different needs to make their adverts individual to requirements and to aid in your decision making process we have provided 3 different templates for you to choose from. There are eight colour schemes for you to choose from and additional logos (e.g. Investor in People , School Award, etc.) may be included on Templates 2 and 3.

N.B. Your school logo will appear automatically if we have a copy of it on our system.
We can also provide bespoke advertisements using alternative templates (which will enable inclusion of more graphics and photographs). Please e-mail our Schools' Recruitment & Development Team or telephone Louise Davis on 023 8038 3531 for a quote which will be based on the additional work undertaken.
Photographs
As part of the bespoke package we can place photographs on advertisements to further enhance them. Photographs should be sent to us electronically in JPEG format with a maximum size of 30Kb. When using photographs of children and adults corporate guidelines must be adhered to which can be found at:

We must also have consent before we can upload any photos to the web. We have tailored the Hampshire Corporate forms to be used for this purpose:
