Hampshire Music 2000

Hampshire Music 2000 was launched in July 1998 and included three main areas of activity. By August 2000 Hampshire Music 2000 achieved:

	2000 musical events.
	acquired 2000 additional instruments.
	enabled 2000 young people to play together in a "Grand Finale".

	HM2000 was a major initiative to increase musical opportunities for young people into the new Millennium
	Ericssons Mobile Communications were sole sponsors of the HM2000 musical climax
	Events Diary- complete listing of musical performances registered with Hampshire Music 2000.
	The Hampshire Double Gamelan is being put to good use in schools.
	Hampshire Music Service provides quality music services to Hampshire schools and colleges.
