Education in Hampshire
Devolved Formula Capital (DFC) Allocations
In the same way, as in previous financial years, each school will receive a capital allocation in 2012/13, based on a lump sum plus a per pupil amount.
Money is allocated through the following DfE formula:

| Per secondary pupil (as at January 2011 PLASC) | £16.88 |
| Per SEN pupil * (as at January 2011 PLASC) | £33.75 |
| Lump sum (all schools) | £4,000 |
* All pupils in special schools, boarding pupils and pupils in education centres (PRUs) attract the higher per pupil rate. The higher SEN rate is no longer allocated to statemented pupils in mainstream schools.
