Scheme for Financial Management of Schools
This governs the financial relationship between the schools and the county council. The approved text from March 2011 follows:

The Scheme for Financial Management now fully incorporates both the application of the Scheme to the Community Facilities Power and the former Information Supporting the Scheme for Financial Management.
The approved text has been updated to reflect changes to the balances control mechanism (section 6.9) which were agreed December 2009 and May 2010.
