Cancelling an appointment:
Once you have met with your counsellor, if you do have to cancel an appointment for reasons outside your control please
contact your counsellor as soon as possible by calling the mobile number he/she has given you. Alternatively, call 023 8062 6606. Your counsellor will
discuss notice requirements with you at the first session. If you give less than 24 hours notive of cancellation (not including weekends) you may lose that session.
