Landscape Character
The strategy describes 11 Landscape Character Areas in the county, highlighting the characteristics and features that make each area unique. It gives examples of where you might go to experience each character area and uses the county’s historic landscape assessment to offer a glimpse into the history of the landscape that has made it what it is today.
