St. Catherine, Wolverton. Built 1717 on site of earlier church. Red brick structure with stone dressings. Tall west tower with modillioned cornice and parapet. Believed to have been designed by a pupil of Sir Christopher Wren and the best example of an early Georgian church in Hampshire. O.S.A. No. SU55 NE1.
