Railings, Gates and Statue
Hackwood Park. Forecourt is enclosed by fine C.18 wrought iron screen. Similar gates with contemporary lamps with coronets on standards. A lead equestrian statue of George I on a tall, stone base stand opposite the central entry. It commemorates a visit by George I to Hackwood in 1722 approx.     T. & C.P. Act
