Part of city, palace, and castle wall running east from Priory Gate to angle near Wharf Mill. and north above Magdalen Hospital. Walls fragmentary, but traceable throughout their length. Repaired in C.14 and C.15. Limestone rubble. South east corner of full height complete with battlements. Walls shared by the city, Wolvesey Palace, Cathedral Close and Wolvesey Castle.
