Gilpins Cottage, School Lane, Boldre. 2 storeys. Colour washed brick. Tile roof, hipped and gabled. Brick chimney stacks. Cottage used as first school in Boldre. Gilpin, Vicar of Boldre, built the school for four hundred pounds in 1791. Opened on July 1st. School tablet reads:- 'For the Instruction of Children of day labourers of Boldre, This School was endowed by William Gilpin many years vicar of the parish.     SZ 325 982

Newtown Park. Stuccoed brick with slate roof. 2 storeys. Rusticated quoins and plain parapet. Recessed portico with four Ionic columns in ashlar.
