Adjacent to Holbury Manor. Probable site of monastic manor and associated buildings. Small earthwork approx. 40 ft by 40 ft. Well marked wet ditch, clearly defensive. Sites of three buildings within moated area, and others outside. Pottery, tile, stone , slate and brick found. Present house east of site is of Tudor date. O.S.A. No. SU40 SW24. Ref: 1.
