Recreation Ground, Bath Road. Polished grey granite. Date 1885. Four clustered pillar shaft rises from flat, octagonal plinth to wide bowl. Circular shaft in centre bears four metal flowers, and an inscription. The whole surmounted by urn. In memory of William Owen Rooke. Originally fountain sited in St. Thomas's Street.     T. & C.P.
