Peak Farm. 2 storeys. 1728 Georgian front elevation consisting of brickwork using purple headers. Moulded brick cornice and parapet. Tiled roof. Sash windows surmounted by flat arches. Wheelwright Cottage. Formerly two cottages. Brick structure using purple headers. Tiled roof, once thatched. Casement windows. Farmers Fire Insurance sign. The western part of the building dates from C.17, whilst the bay to the east dates from C.18, added when the front brick elevation was constructed.     C.A.

Three brick chimney stacks, roof re-tiled in modern grey tiles. Plaster covered brick porch with tile hood. The cottages consist of one building, formerly four dwellings.
