Page 127 - Farringdon

Farringdon lies some three miles south of Alton, the main village being half a mile to the east of the A32. The church is Norman and is associated with Gilbert White, who was curate here for 25 years. A large ornamental brick building known as Massey's Folly is used as a school and parish hall.
