Ropley Grove, Petersfield Road. Enlarged Georgian house standing in walled grounds. 2 storeys, red brick with blue headers. Sash windows, several blocked windows and a modern casement over door. Panelled door set in rusticated brick surround. Modern hipped tiled roof with dormers. The side to the right has a parapet with moulded cornice. Projection at corner has bow windows facing the garden. A reputed 'smugglers' cellar, was found during restoration in the 1920s.     T. & C.P. Act

Odd casement windows. Thatched roof brought down as pentice to right and in front over boarded store. Formerly two cottages.
