Settlement Site
Vigo Road. Earthenware lamps and animal bones found while digging house foundations in the 1920s. Pits excavated 1972, enclosure ditch and entrance excavated 1976, by Andover Archaeological Society. In 1981 the ditch was traced to the edge of the site and four pits excavated by the same society.     SU 368 458
