Rooksbury Mill. Wider and older part of 2 storeys and attic, later north end tower attached, of 3 storeys and attic. Tile roof half-hipped at south end, brought low on east side. Red brick structure. Arched waterway at centre. Cast iron windows, some later wooden casements.     SU 355 446

Rooksbury Mill. Small square block of red brickwork with some flint panels, built above a low arch across a canalised waterway. The walls extend in two directions from one corner, flint with red brick dressings, with tiled cover.     SU 354 445

Railway Station
Andover Station. Symmetrical front. 2 storeys. Hipped slate roof. Red brick walls, with stucco features. Upper windows have architraves with keystones. Entrance has simple moulded cornice on carved brackets and plain architrave.     SU 356 460

Rookwood School and lodges. School was originally two buildings. 2 storeys. Slate roof. Chalk walls. Lodges are 2-storeyed with iron casement windows.     SU 355 454

Winchester Road
No. 11, (Pentyre), No. 13 (Winton House) and No. 15. Formerly a symmetrical pair, with addition (No. 1 5) on south side. 2 storeys and basement. Hipped slate roof. Stucco walls, with painted brick base. No. 13 has 2-storey angular bays. Sash windows in reveals. Identical doorways to Nos. 11 and 13, an arched entrance with panelled door and decorative fanlight, steps and curved iron rails. Side entrance in same style to No.15.     SU 365 450

Nos. 4-12. 2 storeys and attic. Slate mansard roof, with dormer windows. Painted brick walling, rubbed flat arches, stucco cornice. Sash windows. Two shop fronts have cornice, frieze and thin pilasters, two others are modern.     SU 364 453
