Nos. 8 and 8A. 2-storey brick building in three sections, with hipped slate roof and overhanging eaves. The section facing west in Bell Street is red brick and has sash windows in reveals, with large window below. Corner section is painted brick, with doorway. The section facing the Cornmarket, (No. 8A) is red brick with two sash windows in reveals on first floor and modern door in original frame on ground floor.     C.A.

No. 10. 2-storeys, painted brick, hipped slate roof with red tiled ridges. The building has two fronts, one facing Bell Street, the other the Corn Market, the wall between the fronts is curved. C.20 plate glass shop windows on both frontages, shop doorway on corner.     T. & C.P. Act

Baptist Church. Built in 1811, colour-washed stucco. Pediment shaped gable end to street with date plaque. Three semi-circular headed windows on first floor. Two flat headed windows with pointed panes below. Porch with gabled tiled roof, entrance with pointed arch. Low stuccoed walls enclose garden on west side, low central stuccoed gate piers, taller piers at either end with moulded capping.     T. & C.P. Act
