No. 13. The building has an early timber- framed core; renovated in the 1960's. 2 storeys and attic, the attic storey in two sections each cantilevered out above first floor. Some original timbers in western part of attic. Applied timber framing with colour-washed infilling on first floor, red brick on ground floor.
