Nos. 40 and 42. Two storeys, painted brick facade, old tiled roof. Four window facade, the outer bays recessed, bay to south is unpainted; sash windows in boxed frames. No. 40 has C.19 shop front with ogee arches and door to south with fluted pilasters, pediment and semi-circular tympanum; it was originally a public house. Main facade of No. 42 faces south.     T&CP Act

Nos. 44 and 46. Two storeys, grey brick with red brick window dressings and quoins. Dentilled eaves cornice to No. 46. Sash windows with late C.19 glazing. No. 44 has doorway with reeded architrave surround with pediment hood. No. 46 has porch with fluted columns, pediment and frieze; over doorway bricks are inscribed 'March 23rd, 1782, H Cawte'.     T&CP Act
