Splayed stone bay at ground floor on forward projecting frontage. Flat windows on first floor with stone reveals and mullions. Recessed part of the L-plan has a small window half in gable surmounted by a smaller gable with metal finial, flat windows on ground floor with stone dressings. House has side entrance. | CA |

Projecting elevation has splayed stone bays at both storeys. Recessed elevation has square stone bay at ground floor only, ornately worked, with central pilaster and turret top with parapet, and projecting square stone porch. Over the porch is a flush double window within a semi-circular arch. | CA |
