Nos. 28 and 30. Pair of semi-detached houses, two and half storeys plus basement, stucco rendered. Bargeboards to steeply-angled gable. Splayed stone bays at first and second storeys and basement. The principal feature is a tower, at the southern corner of front elevation, this is octagonal and rises the full height of the building, with a Gothic arched entrance to the house at the base. The vertical sash windows also have Gothic style window frames. Originally two dwellings currently in use as a hotel.     CA

No. 36. A detached two and half storey brick house. Steeply pitched bargeboarded gable with flat window. At first floor the flush mullioned casement windows have drip course and stone dressings. Ground floor has a splayed stone bay with casement windows with mullions and transomes. Garden with panelled brick wall.     CA

Nos. 78-86. Terrace of brick houses, two and half storeys plus basement. Dormer windows half sprung from eaves surmounted by an arched parapet stone coping. Dentil course under the eaves. Gently arching ornate stone lintels over windows. Stone splayed bays at first and second storeys and basement. Entrance has a brick arch with keystone and is reached up eight steps from street level.     SZ 649 996

Nos. 90-100. Terrace of two and half storey brick houses. Gable has plain bargeboards and is faced with a design in timber. Window wholly set in gable. Splayed stone bays at first and ground floors, with turret tops. Ornate stonework to sides of doorway and lintel in the form of an arched panel. Rectangular fanlight with house name in gilt lettering.     SZ 649 997
