Two new sash windows on ground floor. Central front door of two vertical panels surmounted by semi-circular fanlight with 'V' shaped glazing, giving three equal lights.     CA

Angular bays through two and a half storeys with sash windows, other sash windows have arched heads. String course at first floor level. No. 17. A stucco faced villa, with hipped new tile roof. Small entrance tower with semi-circular heads to the windows which contain stained glass panels. To one side of the tower is a two storey angular bay with decorative cast iron flower box railings. Attractive first floor balcony with cast iron balustrade. Later extensions.     CA

Ground floor has central projecting doorway with porch, and pointed fanlight over door. Bay windows either side of entrance with paired segmental heads.     CA
