Nos. 103-113. Terrace of two storey houses. Line incised stucco facade. Slate roofs. Large brackets under eaves. Two windows on first floor, one on ground floor, both casement and sash. No. 105 has a single angular bay and original shutters. No. 111 has trellised verandah. Most houses have glazed panelled doors. Nos. 107 and 109 have iron railing and porches. On Hamilton Road side the external wall is of flint and brick with brick capping and piers.     CA

Nos. 1-5. A group of small villas. Nos. 1 and 5, the end houses, are two storey with semi-basement, and are similar in design. Each have bargeboarded roof, and are stucco faced. Small bay at first floor and glazed front doors. No. 5 has triangular shaped garden and stone garden wall. The centre house is taller, of three storeys and semi-basement, with a flat roof. Pebble dash facade. Gothic stone arch to doorway, door surmounted by triangular fanlight.     CA
