No. 2, Flint Lodge. Circa 1850, part of T.E. Owen's Southsea development. A two storey and attic Gothicised villa. Flint faced with stucco rusticated quoins and window surrounds. Steep pitched gable end slate roofs. The north entrance front has gabled projecting bay with cut bargeboards. Casement windows, two-light on first floor and attic and three-light on ground floor. Enclosed gabled porch set in angle to right of window. Porch has bargeboards and pointed arched stucco surround, recessed door has pointed fanlight. Set back to east is a former small coach house, also gabled with bargeboards. Casement in rusticated surround on first floor and double doors on ground floor. Nos. 4 and 6. Semi-detached pair of three storey stucco faced houses. Low pitched hipped slate roof. Modillion brackets to flat eaves. First floor has two recessed sashes in architrave surround. Rectangular ground floor bay, surmounted by entablature. Central enclosed porch to No. 4 with round arched entrance, flanking Tuscan pilasters with entablature and round arched side lights. No. 6 has entrance to side, panelled door with semi-circular fanlight, flanked by pilasters. | T&CP Act CA |

Nos. 8 and 10. Circa 1850 semi-detached Gothicised pair of houses. Two storeys and attic, stucco faced with rusticated quoins. Paired gables with cut bargeboards. One window in each floor, the attic has a narrow casement in a rusticated surround, first floor has a casement with drip mould and ground floor has a tall canted bay. Attic casement and first floor modernised window are in rusticated stucco surrounds, canted bay on first floor. Recessed entrance bay at right angles with one window over gabled bargeboarded porch. Designed as one house of three bays, the outer ones projecting slightly, with bargeboarded gables, steeply pitched slate roof. Central gabled dormer, and round headed casements in other gables.
