No. 31. A large four storey mansion with five storey tower at the corner. Cream bricks with red brick quoins, ground floor stuccoed facade. Flat roof with brick coping. Paired windows on first and second floors. Main entrance on first floor, panelled door in slightly projecting bay with coping.
