Nos. 59 and 60. Corner building with Grand Parade. Tall, three storeys stuccoed with rusticated ground floor. Plinth, first floor sill course, dentil cornice and parapet to both fronts. Mansard slate roof. Three dormers. Three windows facing High Street, two to the left in full height projecting bay. Small second floor windows. Ground floor windows set in round headed arcaded recess. Entrance in projecting bay, very tall flush panelled door in arched recess. Windows similar in return front to Grand Parade.
