Nos. 3-9. Circa 1800-20 early Southsea development. Row of three storey houses. No. 7 rough cast, the others stuccoed. Low pitched partly old tile roof with brick dentil eaves. Nos. 3 and 5 have recessed framed sashes on other floors and pilastered canted bay windows on first floor. No. 7 has second floor casement No. 9 has flush framed sashes. On ground floor Nos. 3 and 5 have late Victorian shop fronts. No. 7 has mid C.19 shop front pilaster frames to window and door. No. 9 has mid C.19 shop front. | T&CP Act CA |
