Kent Cottage. Circa 1850, T.E. Owen. Irregular two storey rendered building, with attic and tower block to street. Rusticated ground floor. Three storey tower block has low pitch pyramid slate roof. One window to east and north faces, those under the eaves and on first floor blind to north. Ground floor has recessed sash to east and casement to north. Stepped double gable garden block. Under small gable casement window and panelled door with semi-circular fanlight. Under larger gable casement in architrave surround on first floor. Garden block has low slate roof. | T&CP Act CA |

Annesley House. Irregular two storey and attic rendered villa. East block taller, with low pitch gable and slate roof, with shaped stucco brackets to overhanging eaves. Rusticated ground floor. First floor has two sash windows with keystones, ground floor has tripartite window with rusticated dividing piers. To the left, slightly lower extension. Wing to the rear is of two storeys with hipped slate roof, and sash windows. Projecting porch to the north with panelled door and rectangular fanlight. | T&CP Act CA |

Crescent House. 1847. Two storeys stucco faced, Italianate features. Garden front facing road is stepped back in three bays west to east. The first with low pitched gables, slate roofs. Three first floor recessed sash windows in gabled bays with Venetian shutters. Left hand ground floor window has steps to garden. The garden block is followed by a slightly projecting low gabled entrance bay, the gable supported by heavy shaped brackets. Round headed entrance to porch.
