Nos. 51 and 52. Three storeys and attic, red brick, No. 52 stuccoed. Brick cornice, dentils on No. 51 and parapet. Old tile roof, old hipped roof dormer to No. 52 new on No. 51. One recessed sash window each, on second floors, shallow tripartite bow windows on first floors, ground floor to No. 51 has a further bow window, No. 52 sash. The bow windows on first floors have pilasters between the lights and frieze ornamentation of vase and swag moulding. The frieze and cornice of the ground floor bow of No. 51 are carried across doorhead. Panelled door, rectangular fanlight with diamond glazing pattern, flanked by pilasters. Similar door to No. 52. Surmounted by flat hood. No. 52 has return front to Lombard Street. | T&CP Act CA |

Nos. 60, 61, and 62. Block of three houses, No. 62 set back. Three storeys red brick, parapet with coping. Recessed sash windows some restored on No. 61 flat gauged brick arches. Panelled doors, No. 60 has lion head knocker and rectangular fanlight, in plain surround with Doric triglyph entablature. No. 61 has fanlight of diamond glazing pattern with pediment over. No. 62 has female head door knocker, semi-circular fanlight with swagged radial glazing pattern, flanking pilasters and open pediment. | T&CP Act CA |

No. 88, 1837 by T.E. Owen, formerly the Portsmouth Savings Bank. One tall storey in two parts, stucco faced, the south west half was formerly separate and now altered, leaving the plinths of a former central porch. The former doorways are now windows with six steps up to each. North east corner block with balustraded parapet, has one window to St. Thomas Street, three to return east front. Corner entrance flanked by banded Doric columns and pilasters, double panelled doors with semi-circular fanlight. | T&CP Act CA |
