Church (remains of)

(Old) Church of St. Bartholomew. C.13 former chancel, altered C.16, the nave removed in 1836. Now a single cell rectangular chapel built of rubble with red tile roof, and small bellcote at the west end. Fragments of Norman stone-work are reset in the pointed west door. The interior has exposed rafters, and plain late Georgian pews.     P(LB&CA) Act

Manor Farm Farmhouse. A timber-framed house of C.15 origin, now rendered except for C.19 extension. Two storeys, with massive red tile roof, the eaves drop to the ground floor on the north front and on parts of the east and west fronts. Old chimney stacks, casement windows.     P(LB&CA) Act
