The Customer Services Centre operates between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Trained advisors are able to respond to the full range of repair and maintenance enquiries providing advice and information as required. The Out of Hours Emergency Service is available from 4.30pm until 8.30am daily and at all times during weekends and bank holidays. Compliments, complaints and feedbackProperty Services welcomes and values comments and suggestions about how we run our services. We want to continuously improve, building on our strengths. We will try to do what is reasonably possible to provide, or adapt to meet, the services you request. If you feel that we have done something particularly well or that we could do something better please contact property.help.desk@hants.gov.uk. If on the other hand you feel you have not received the standard of service you expect and have cause to complain, please let us know. We treat all complaints seriously and will acknowledge all formal complaints within two working days of receipt. All complaints will be thoroughly investigated and a written response provided within 10 working days. However there will be situations which are complex or involve third parties where it will not be possible to resolve a complaint within the timescale. In such cases we will undertake to keep you informed of progress on a regular basis.
