Essential Tendering Information

When carrying out building work for the County Council contractors and sub-contractors must comply with the minimum Health and Safety Performance Standards.  All costs associated with such compliance must be allowed for in tenders.

This requirement is referred to in the Pre-Construction Health and Safety Information, at paragraph 2.2 Safety Goals, which you will have received as part of the tender documentation.
