Application form for prospective exhibitors

This is a preliminary application form to register an interest in exhibiting in one of Hampshire Museums Service's exhibition galleries. We receive many applications and it may take some time before we are able to get back to you. We may then request further information, including photographs, which will be discussed at our next exhibitions group meeting.
