Help shape future Health Visiting, School Nursing and NHS Community Therapy Services

Closed on

Hampshire County Council Public Health is working with local NHS organisations to redesign the way some health services for children, young people and their families are delivered across Hampshire. We would like to understand how existing services could be improved by bringing services together and making them easier to access.

We are inviting children, young people and their families from across Hampshire, and the practitioners that support them, to share their views on the following health services in Hampshire:

  • Health Visiting Service
  • School Nursing Service (not including special school nursing)
  • NHS Community Therapy Services in Hampshire (i.e. speech and language, physiotherapy and occupational therapy)

Please tell us about your experiences of these services and how you think these services could be improved using the surveys below.

The surveys open on Monday 30 April 2018 and will close at midnight on 22 May 2018.

These surveys will be part of a number of ways in which we hope to collect feedback from the public and health practitioners.

We will publish the results of these surveys on this webpage. The findings from the surveys and other accompanying engagement opportunities will be presented to the Children and Young People Integrated Commissioning Board in June 2018 and will help inform decisions to be taken later in the year about future service delivery for Public Health Nursing and NHS Community Therapies in Hampshire.
