Awareness Event
Purpose
Following on from the pre-planning consultation held last year, Hampshire County Council would like to invite you to a drop in session on 31 January 2017 at the school between 5pm and 7pm to discuss with officers the proposed changes to the school site.
Description
We would specifically like to talk to you about:
- plans to remove trees that are to be felled to the front of the school ahead of bird nesting season to allow the school building works to commence on time in the summer
- updated images of the new school building and car/coach parking arrangements
- the latest plans for converting Bufton Field into school sports fields
- plans to create a small new Multi Use Games Area on the school site
The County Council has a statutory duty to provide school places and is committed to creating local places for local children.
