Room bookings

Events/bookings/enquiries
Your data will only be used to process your enquiry or booking and provide you with information about your enquiry or booking. It will not be shared with third parties. Your data will be retained for a maximum period of one year from the date of your booking. The legal basis for our use of this information is Performance of a Public Interest task.
Membership
Your data will only be used to process your membership, and provide you with information about your membership. It will not be shared with third parties. Your data will be retained for a maximum of two years from the expiry date of your membership. The legal basis for the use of this information is Performance of a public interest task.
Visiting
The Library Service operates CCTV at many of our facilities for the purposes of maintaining the security of property and premises and for preventing and investigating crime. The processing of this data is necessary for the performance of tasks carried out in the public interest. CCTV captures visual images of persons in or around our buildings and facilities. This data will only be processed by the Hampshire County Council Library service for this purpose. In certain circumstances we may be required to disclose CCTV images to certain bodies of authority, such as the police and emergency services. We hold CCTV footage for no more than 30 days after the date of capture, unless it is relevant to an ongoing investigation.
