Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC) vehicle and trailer permit scheme

Information provided by you, is collected by Hampshire County Council’s HWRC contractor on behalf of the County Council for the purposes of administration and operation of trade waste control at the HWRCs.

This data is being collected and processed for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest in the exercise of official authority vested in the County Council.

We may share this information with Hampshire’s District Borough or City Council enforcement teams for the administration of the trade waste controls and for enforcement purposes, but it will not be provided to any other parties unless it is required by law.

We may share some permit information with third-party organisations. This information will be limited to: permit number, permit type (commercial vehicle or trailer), vehicle registration number (if commercial vehicle permit), permit expiry date.

The information you have provided will be held securely for three years.
