Covid-19 Service Update
We are working hard to avoid interruptions to our supplies operation, which remains open as we continue to support our front line customers. The health and wellbeing of our staff and customers is our highest priority and we have introduced measures to ensure their safety. Our warehouse is operating with a reduced headcount to ensure social distancing can be maintained and our office staff, wherever possible, are now fully equipped to work from home.
Deliveries are on schedule, with our drivers working in rotation and following all current guidance and taking necessary precautions to keep themselves and our customers safe. Our Rapid Delivery Service (RDS) is available for urgent requirements and Customer Collections from our warehouse in Winchester continue to operate for those customers that require them between 8.30am and 2.00pm each week day, excluding bank holidays.
Our Customer Services Team is on hand to take your calls and answer queries between 8.30am and 2.00pm and emails are monitored between 8.30pm and 4.00pm each week day (excluding bank holidays), although there may be a slight delay in response times from normal.
Stocks of all products are good, however, we are currently facing challenges in replenishing stocks of hand sanitisers, handwash, surface wipes and disposable gloves. Due to the unprecedented worldwide demand for these products there has been a significant price increase, unfortunately we will need to pass on some of the increase to our customers. However, please be assured that as soon as demand and prices return to normal levels we will reduce our prices where possible.
