Basingstoke Discovery Centre (accessibility)
Basingstoke library is one of Hampshire’s busiest libraries, situated on the first floor of Festival Place. Accessibility has been improved by remodelling the ground floor entrance and creating a new staircase route to first floor.

Basingstoke Fire Station
Basingstoke Fire Station had been built in 1967 but was no longer fit for purpose. The site was deemed to be the best location for operations so a new fire station was constructed on the existing site.

Bordon Inclosure
The project brief was to take recreational pressure off the nearby sensitive protected landscapes, by opening up access and improving the site to function as `Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace’.

Bursledon Windmill
Following an annual inspection, a significant amount of decay was discovered at the Grade II* listed Bursledon Windmill. Conservation work ensured the historically significant building reached its 200th anniversary.

Calshot Activities Centre lighting

The Great Hall stonework conservation
The stonework of this landmark 13th century hall in Winchester required extensive repairs to remove the non-porous concrete used to reinforce the walls during the 1960s-70s.

The Lookout at Lepe

Land at Swing Swang Lane was allocated for approximately 100 dwellings in the Basingstoke and Deane Local Plan 2011-2029. An outline planning application was submitted in August 2017.

Winchester Cathedral recognised the need to expand its Learning Centre facilities, improving the existing unsatisfactory ground floor layout and first floor access, plus adding a multi-purpose seminar room.
