Education account holders

Your user ID is your email address, and the password you created.

If you do not know your username please contact your school's services portal admin.

If you have forgotten your password please select the “Forgot Password?” link, enter your email address and you will receive an email to reset this.

Hampshire County Council staff

Use your existing Hantsnet ID. E.g. itwtxxx, and your Hantsnet password.

All other users

Your user ID is your email address.
