Changes to Supplier Self Service
We're making some changes
From the 1 June you will see improvements to how you use Supplier Self Service.
If you have already created a profile and have an existing Supplier Self Service account, you will be able to add any existing supplier records, you may have, to this account. You can then manage all your supplier records through one Supplier Self Service account; you will not need to create another profile using a different email address.
When we need to generate a one time passcode for security, we will send it to either your remittance email address or secure access mobile number if you have supplied it. A message on the screen will state where the one time passcode have been sent.
You will continue to have full control over any changes made to your supplier account, through Supplier Self Service. All specific account activity updates will be sent to your secure control mobile number.
